As an FM Transition Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the transition and implementation of FM services to new facilities in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Lead the transition and implementation of FM services to new facilities in Saudi Arabia
- Develop and implement transition plans, ensuring that all phases of the transition are executed smoothly
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and client representatives to ensure a seamless transition process
- Conduct site assessments to identify FM requirements and develop customized solutions
- Manage the recruitment and training of FM staff, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor and evaluate FM services to ensure compliance with established standards and performance metrics
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and clients
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Facilities Management, with at least 3 years in a transition management role
- Strong knowledge of FM best practices, industry standards, and regulations
- Proven experience in managing FM transitions and implementing FM services in new facilities
- Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in English is required, fluency in Arabic is highly desirable
