Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced UOC and Call Center Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As the UOC and Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Unified Operations Center (UOC) and Call Center, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of services.
Your main responsibilities will include managing a team of call center agents, optimizing call center processes, and monitoring call center performance to achieve targets and goals. You will also be responsible for implementing strategies to improve customer service and enhance the overall customer experience.
The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in call center management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of call center operations. You must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center management
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in implementing call center strategies and processes
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
