We are looking for a talented Commercial Data Analyst to join our established team, focusing on leveraging our group-wide CRM platform, DealCloud (internally referred to as OneView). As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our user interactions and leveraging our CRM platform (DealCloud) to drive business growth. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of CRM solutions to enhance user engagement and maintain data quality within the platform.
Responsibilities:
CRM Strategy Development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective CRM strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze user trends and behavior to identify opportunities for CRM system enhancement.
Platform Management
- Contribute to the administration and maintenance of the CRM platform.
- Customize and configure the CRM system to meet specific business needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security within the CRM database.
- Ongoing management of predefined data points within the system to ensure all mandatory data is up to date.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics to derive insights into user behavior, preferences, and trends.
- Generate regular reports to assess the performance of CRM initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Accountable for completing data hygiene tasks and related processes.
User Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for users on effective utilization of the CRM system.
- Provide ongoing support to users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues.
- Ensure clear lines of communication to users to advise of updated data requirements in the client lifecycle and errors in data.
User Engagement Enhancements:
- Collaborate with commercial team to develop targeted user engagement strategies.
- Implement automated workflows and communication processes to enhance user interactions.
Tasks (What does the role do on a day-to-day basis)
- Support Senior Business Analyst in management and hygiene of DealCloud data.
- Support users with data queries and the overall use of DealCloud from a commercial perspective.
- Completing data quality checks and implementing pre-defined processes.
- Work with the wider business to build relationships with users and promote best practice of DealCloud.
- Responsible for maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the broader group to support improvement and growth in system capability, reporting business needs to OneView Manager and technology owner.
- Responsible for developing standard communication to users to advise of updated data requirements in the client lifecycle and errors in data.
