Responsibilities
You will be working with the vendor performance team to monitor the performance of key operations metrics and making necessary interventions with our partner vendors
You will be contacting and liaising with vendors to identify, document, and address operations issues
You will be driving our vendor operations projects aimed at improving vendor performance and operations in coordination with our partner vendors
Requirements
Graduate of any marketing or business related course
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to communicate issues and ideas clearly with partner stakeholders
Has a customer oriented mindset
Must be able to work within a timeline and ensure assigned projects are on-time and productive
Knowledge in Excel tools is a plus
