The candidate will support large, complex organizational change initiatives and lead small to medium-sized change initiatives at Visa, such as business process and technology modifications, concentrating on the people side of change. This role provides vital project support to the lead change manager in developing and implementing plans to increase employee adoption of new tools and processes and reduce resistance to changes.
- Provide tactical support for change management projects
- Coordinate change management project and sponsor meetings, presentations, training sessions, office hours, and other meetings and events
- Gather data for impact analyses and readiness assessments
- Develop communications materials
- Track and report on change management activities
- Lead small to medium-sized change initiatives and develop change management plans for successful adoption.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
The standard working hours for this role currently are from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am, local Manila time. When the work necessitates it, you may be required to work outside of the prescribed work hours. Visa reserves the right to adjust the standard working hours in future based on the business requirements
