The Business Operations Associate is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Interpret data, analyze results and process transactions in various systems in support of the following areas:
- Submission Clearance
- Policy & Endorsement Issuance
- Other operations, as needed
- Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications
- Interact with team and customers as required to complete deliverables
- Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution
- Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed
