The Reinsurance Administrator will assume responsibility for all aspects of administration for the reinsurance accounting team.
Job Responsibilities
- Triaging of technical accounting inbox
- Prepare claim payment packs
- Cash identification and logging in finance system
- Save support for all cash transactions.
- Investigate and solve cash queries.
- Monthly reconciliation of cashbook to the bank.
- Support the reinsurance accounting team in their management of their portfolios.
- Correspond with clients and internal stakeholders to complete administrative tasks (e.g. complete forms, provide required documentation ,tax certificates).
- Complete call back procedures for new bank details
- Review excess of loss contracts against the underwriting system and save down paperwork.
- Other projects and/or tasks as required
