This role will join the global treasury practice, focusing on the establishment of insurance/reinsurance collateral management practices for group companies aimed at increasing the scalability and automation of collateral management and process improvement across the group.
Role will require the ability to support process change improvements that are compliant with group policies and controls. Position requires coordination with internal customers and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Support implementation, administer and monitor collateral management processes, including regular reporting, and administration.
- State Deposit Processing and Monitoring.
- Collate and report metrics to demonstrate progress toward group goals.
- Coordinate documentation relating to third party contacts (trustees, banks, state departments, reinsurers.).
- Maintain and organize records and company databases.
- Provide support for collateral matters across functional teams and business units.
- Support and monitor controls for collateral management, including management/updates to the SOX Narrative.
- Identify and report issues relating to Insurance/reinsurance trust accounts.
