Learns and understands flour milling processes and develop the skills of (1) Asst. Mill Operator, (2) Screen Room Operator, and (3)Mill Operator
Monitors operational performance efficiencies of flour milling machines and equipment. Performs analysis of problems encountered. Investigates root cause/s, implements and/or recommends cost-effective corrective action plans to ensure reliability and availability.
Identifies critical spare parts required and monitors inventory. Recommends action plans to Production Supervisor and/or Flour Mill Manager for the procurement.
Learns and understands sifter flow sheets. Develop the skills required on how to fix broken sifter sieve cloth.
Acts as Reliever to Production Associate when the incumbent is on vacation/sick leave or on Official Business or attending company-related activities.
General Tasks
Establishes, maintains, recommends and implements a good housekeeping program for all areas of responsibility to ensure compliance to food safety standards set by FSSC, 5S, GMP, ISO, HACCP, ERM & Halal.
Actively participates in company programs and provides support at all times.
Performs other related works as may be assigned by the Department Head and/or immediate superior.
