"The Customer Service Supervisor assumes responsibility as the overseer of the Order to Delivery process. They serve as a central hub for the exchange of information between Sales/Marketing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and other support departments. Their primary duty entails ensuring the accurate input of all orders into the SAP system."
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Make sure that the Sales Target is achieved through time and in full delivery of orders
- Ensure timely resolution of issues about serving of orders.
- Guarantee that SO Details are encoded accurately
- Organize the delivery schedule in line with order due dates.
- Maintain an efficient flow of communication regarding information involved in order fulfillment and other customer issues
- Other tasks that may arise in line with operational and business needs.
