As a Business Analyst, you will be involved in the end-to-end development lifecycle, with primary responsibilities in the ideation and process discovery phase. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and effectively becomes the bridge to the development team.
- Process Analysis and Reengineering: Conducts thorough analysis of existing business processes across various departments and functions. Utilize Lean Six Sigma, Agile and Design Thinking or any practical frameworks/methodologies to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborates with stakeholders
- to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for digitalization and automation projects. Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and user needs.
- Solution Designing: Translates business requirements into comprehensive solution designs, leveraging expertise in digital technologies and automation tools. Develop detailed process maps, activity diagram, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with developers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to implement digital solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
- Change Management: Facilitates change management activities to support the adoption of new processes and technologies. Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Drives a culture of continuous improvement by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), soliciting feedback, and iterating on solutions to achieve optimal outcomes.
