The main responsibility will be to assist the Sales Support Manager in providing support for the Sales Director and his/her sales team in their day-to-day business.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Independent, proactive and pragmatic support in day-to-day business including some client’s management
- Independent processing of internal and external correspondence in English
- Independent communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Support for Sales Director and his/her team members to complete the tasks assigned by Sales Support Manager
- Cooperation and collaboration with other departments in case of a need
- Administrative work related to expenses management, data gathering and processing from different sources
- Design of presentation documents and decision templates
