We are looking for a FinTech Manager (Lending) to join our growing business!
Responsibilities
- Support PH lending strategy and roadmaps that meet key business goals through in-market added-value services/features and growth partnership opportunities that improve foodpanda partner financial life.
- Cultivate and communicate a deep understanding of foodpanda partners, opportunity, and lending landscape in the Philippines
- Effectively monitor project launches and implement programs and strategies to increase uptake and drive usage
- End-to-end operational support for current lending partnerships
- Engage with stakeholders local & regional (product, business, & accounting) to help make partners’ loan experience more pleasant
- Effectively manage relationships with existing and potential bank partners
- Work closely with marketing & engagement teams for program execution and activations
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience working in a company that offers lending solutions/products with good comprehension of lending terminology
- Very strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with background and knowledge of data management & analytics
- Very strong communication and negotiation skills. Plus factor if with previous experience in partnerships or relationship management
- Able to work independently if required, and learn quickly and adapt to different roles in a growing team
- A sense of urgency, pragmatism and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
