- Provide MEP cost management and control from inception, through design, pre-construction, procurement, construction to final account.
- Carry out cost management and quantity takeoff duties with reasonable supervision and guidance.
- To provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner
- Provide Cost plan and budget preparation including estimate, comparative design studies, life cycle costing, turnover/cash flow projections, cost control and cost report during pre-contract period.
- To ensure that final accounts are negotiated and agreed; validate the monthly payment claims and prepare payment recommendation for MEP related works/packages.
- To run the procurement process from all stages in pre-qualification such as quotation enquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparation
- Provide Documentation including Tender Document, Tender Report, Pre-contract correspondence, LOA and contract documents.
- To monitor and verifying VO, Claims, Payment, Final Account and attending project meetings
- Provide CM role pro-actively and professionally and interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
