Account specific roles & responsibilities:
- Doing outbound calls to verify the references of applicants as home health aide
- Calling MD's offices & clinics to inform about orders for signing or to return back.
Job Description:
- Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat).
- Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
- Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
- Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
- At least 6 months of BPO experience, preferably in a voice account
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to a changing work environment
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shifts
