Roles & Responsibilities
- Commercial business partnering
- Sit with Country Associate Commercial Finance Director to work out client commercial deals, strategic pitch alignments, fee proposals /commercial development.
- Prepare and analyze commercial templates and RFPs and review for client commercial agreements/contracts;
- Control contracts to ensure agreed terms are compliant with Groupe policies;
- Commercial strategy, design thinking, and problem-solving
- Drive controls on client commercials along with timely actions.
- Proactively identifying areas to maximize value and profitability by driving commercial analysis
- Work with the business to identify key risks and opportunities and ensure these are mitigated
- Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle rush pitch requirements.
- With support from FP&A, provide analysis to the Business Leaders and provide insight into opportunities and risks.
- Strategizing for improving profitability by training on Margin management and commercial control
- To implement the commercial SOPs and ensure adherence.
- Quarterly client-level profitability reports; including adhoc cluster profitability simulations as requested,
- Resource/time-project reconciliation
- Client Fees and Contract Management, Monitoring, and Reporting
- Leads client audits.
- Other business unit or client-related ad-hoc reports as requested.
- Support the Country ACFD in other commercial finance initiatives.
