Job Responsibilities

Ensure timely reminders and assist in time management.
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings with clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate availability between parties involved.
Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing assistance.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour in all communications.
Manage and organize office tasks such as filing, handling calls, and managing basic office supplies.
Assist in any other administrative tasks as required.
