Job Responsibilities :
- To assist general accounting and administration support tasks in an accounting department :-
- Incharges of AR and AP. Issuing of invoices disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable, to enter data into accounting software, reconciles records
Perform Administrative job such as

- Answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.
