Roles and Responsibilities:
- Researching for a good contact where to send the requests for items needed for Medicaid Application
- Sending out requests to different institutions
- Outbound calls to follow-up on the requests that has been sent to institutions
- Reviewing statements for more income information of the resident to be requested
- Saving documents to respective resident's folder
- Assisting Medicaid Case Managers on a daily basis.
- Filling out Medicaid application forms
- 6 months - 1 year BPO experience in a healthcare account
- Good working knowledge regarding Medicaid / Medicare
- Medical billing experience is a plus (cash postings, billing, claims)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work in Shaw, Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shift
