About the role:
As an Account Services Associate, you will work directly with customers and help advance the way they pay, bank and invest. This will involve processing support for back-office tasks that help FIS maintain an excellent working relationship with every client.
What you will be doing:
Maintaining up-to-date procedures while assisting in tracking, compiling and completing reports.
Establishing strong relationship with onshore counterparts.
Working closely with the team to identify process needs, reviewing work and prepare process related documentations on timely basis.
Cash management/ maintenance for ATM Operations of local bank in the Philippines.
Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you will need:
Fresh graduate with a degree in Business Administration, BS Accounting and Information Technology,
Must have a very good communication skills and is confident to directly engage with clients.
Must be open for flexible working arrangement and schedule: on site operations in BGC.
A basic understanding of investment, trust and fund accounting as well as financial products like bonds, mutual funds and equities.
Experience in investment accounting.
You must be a self-starter who takes an organized approach.
