- Handle internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance; this includes team members’ concerns, requests for help, and certifications.
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) in the HR System and ensure all employment requirements are met;
- Assist Management in performing Performance Appraisal procedures and updating & issuing contracts for team members;
- Schedule and or Facilitate meetings, interviews, HR events, etc., and maintain the team’s agenda; may include coordination of gifts and materials for events or operations.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars;
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity including attrition data;
- Track work Anniversaries and send anniversary & celebratory emails;
- Handle terminations and exit formalities;
- Ensure there is compliance with labor laws in the Philippines and outside if required. Advise management of changes to policies needed to ensure compliance;
- Audit Employee and team member equipment to ensure compliance with required anti-virus, Windows updates, and other end-point security software.
- As needed: Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts, etc.;
- As needed: Perform orientations, onboarding, and update Human resource system with new hires;
