Responsibilities:
Overall accountability for the P/L and all operational aspects of foodpanda’s business in Philippines.
Develop and implement high level country strategy, with the goal of being the best food delivery marketplace in Philippines
Allocate budget and optimise resources efficiently across all business verticals to meet ambitious growth and profitability targets
Build and lead a team of highly talented senior executives, and guide/motivate them to supercharge business performance
Collaborate with foodpanda Regional Management around strategic goals and country level policies to maximise return on investment.
Serve as the chief brand ambassador in Philippines, leveraging multiple channels to sell our story, and building foodpanda into a trusted and winning brand
Aggressively drive vendor growth whilst developing and maintaining relationships with key partners
Care for an amazing team of best-in-class delivery riders, ensuring that our rider program is constantly improving
Ensure compliance with local regulations, regularly engage and maintain good working relationship with government and regulatory authorities
