As a 3PL Business Expert (Replenishment), you are part of driving the overall Distribution Centre result, focusing on incoming stocks planning, stocks put-away, picking & dispatch to the stores, garments quality check and the dependencies to other logistics- and business areas. Support the Distribution Centre operations, embracing the H&M values, policies, and all relevant procedures, and collaborate with the DC Manager and all teams. Maximize operational excellence, quality, and efficiency in a sustainable way for our customers, in all brands and channels.
Key responsibilities
- Accountable for outbound warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics arrangement to achieve overall organizational goals and objectives. Develop and continuously improve on design, implementation and enforcement of an effective warehouse management system covering facility management, space optimization, efficient resource and equipment utilization, security of goods and safe workplace
- Develop, review, and implement work instructions, policies and procedures for all warehouse operations covering inventory control, receiving, storage and arrangement in compliance with company policies and other relevant requirements.
- Instill high standard of 5S and collaboration culture in warehouses operations (5S: Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize & Sustain) and Maximizes profitability through plans, budget and cost follow up. Inform and communicate with DC Team about on-going activities, spot check results, quality check, hanging and teaming decisions, box control and errors reporting
- Organize cycle count and stock count to ensure inventory accuracy and stocks availability to avoid stock out and enhancing planning efficiency. Maintenance of all warehouse assets and Material Handling Equipment related to the department.
- Establish teamwork and good rapport with 3PLs and colleagues, including those from other departments. Keep abreast with current best practices on warehousing management to lead, facilitate, train and mentor the team / 3PL towards continuous improvements in warehouse operations
