Provide technical leadership to a team responsible for project implementation activities for a diverse client base, driving cross functional delivery of systems and services to customers
Represent assigned AP markets across the Client Delivery function Build, maintain and communicate detailed market synopsis, including but not limited to key regulatory requirements, processing nuances, key client and domestic partners, competitor landscape etc.
Provide functional responsibility for leading an Implementations team and to increase knowledge sharing and learnings to enable consistent interaction with clients
Provide leadership and strategic guidance during the various phases of project management and commercialization process to ensure all necessary tools, processes, procedures, and staff are in place to support successful execution
Attract, develop, motivate and retain a team of high performing, high potential professionals who are well positioned to become future leaders in the company
Build a strong and cohesive team by providing leadership to direct reports through coaching, setting strategic direction and applying working knowledge of Visa products, systems, and procedures. Instill an inclusive team culture and provide continuous coaching and training to the team
Ensure the team represents client needs to internal stakeholder organizations including Client Services, Sales, Product, Systems, Risk and Legal through accurate business requirements and ongoing advocacy
Establish and foster relationships with Client and internal stakeholders at all levels of staff and senior management
Stay current with industry and client trends and maintain a strong knowledge of Visa products and services
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
