Position: Email Marketing Manager
Work Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible with a 4-hour overlap in EST
Holidays: TBD
Pay Range: up to USD 2,000 per month (depending on qualifications and skills)
Company/Client Overview:
A US-based direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand in the dermatology, over-the-counter consumer products space.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns for both consumer and doctor audiences.
- Manage and segment email lists to ensure high deliverability and engagement rates.
- Clean up and maintain our email database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry regulations.
- Create compelling and personalized email content, including subject lines, copy, and CTAs.
- Analyze email campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align email campaigns with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM functionality for doctor communications, ensuring seamless integration and tracking. (We are open to changing platforms for either or both doctor and consumer email campaigns)
- Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Test and optimize email elements such as subject lines, content, and send times to maximize performance.
- Report on key email marketing metrics, providing regular updates to the marketing team and leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or healthcare industry.
- Extensive experience with HubSpot (both Marketing and CRM functionalities).
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with email marketing metrics and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
