Job Scope:
As a vital member of the team, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the quality and performance of our online portfolio. Your proficiency in WordPress and website builders, coupled with robust project management and communication skills, will be highly valued. Additionally, you'll be involved in tasks such as analyzing metrics, conducting keyword research, creating visuals, refining website designs, collaborating with the sales team, and coordinating with finance, as well as being responsible for a team of people. Collectively, these duties align with PMP’s mission of delivering engaging and informative content to our audience.
Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance:
Develop and maintain robust QA processes to ensure the highest quality of WordPress websites.
Conduct regular audits of websites to identify and resolve any issues.
Ensure all websites are optimized for performance and functionality.
Operations Management:
Streamline workflows and processes to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
Allocate and assign appropriate resource levels to each project
Identify when metrics under your remit require attention
Ensure all operational activities are within budgetary constraints.
Act as a problem-solving resource, quickly identifying errors and implementing solutions to improve business processes.
Project Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of website projects, whether they be front-end or metrics/content associated with sites.
Allocate resources efficiently to meet project timelines and milestones.
Monitor project progress, addressing any issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and support a team with a wide range of skills, from content to admin to site development.
Conduct regular team meetings to align with project goals and updates.
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team environment.
