In this team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a variety of B2B2C clients -- from charity ward patients, to OFWs, to those from big corporations. Each client encounters different challenges, and you act as their trusted advisor, helping them effectively leverage our product to drive better healthcare.
Within Dashlabs.ai, Client Success sits at the nexus of our sales, dev, product, marketing and growth teams helping to drive company growth and transforming the way healthcare is done in the Philippines. Our Client Success team members act as technical consultative partners to our clients' clients, serving as a bridge between their needs and our product.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to B2B2C clients of Dashlabs.ai such as patients via chat and/or email
- Manage data using the Dashlabs.ai Core Platform
- Escalate concerns to the larger technical team, and work with them to resolve the issues head-on
