We have an exciting new position for an Associate Content Creator.
We are seeking a hands-on Associate Content Creator with a passion for precision, curiosity, and quality, focused on driving end-user adoption, advocacy, education, and satisfaction. Our suite of work tools is ever-evolving, demanding an individual who truly understands our users' needs and possesses the imagination, skill, and persuasive techniques to meet the needs of our ambitious, diverse, and dynamic workforce. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting key projects, translating complex concepts into simple and compelling design work. This position requires a combination of strong communication and writing skills, coupled with moderate technical abilities and understanding.
Essential Functions:
Create and edit content in a variety of formats, including visual aids, decks, icons, infographics, training guides, videos, etc.
Develop content and graphics that are user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, concise, and informative.
Use appropriate software and systems to create content (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Camtasia, etc.).
Design and develop content in compliance with accessibility, brand, and digital standards outlined by Visa.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their content needs and create suitable materials.
Provide additional project-based support as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and continuously learn and develop new design skills.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
The standard working hours for this role currently are from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am, local Manila time. When the work necessitates it, you may be required to work outside of the prescribed work hours. Visa reserves the right to adjust the standard working hours in future based on the business requirements
