You as a HR Intern will be responsible for:
- Gather, analyse and communicate information effectively through internal information channels; cross-functionally coordinate information flow;
- Write and proofread internal posts, announcements, digests, remarks, newsletters, articles, presentations, etc ;
- Lead and take part in engagement employee events;
- Develop and maintain an ongoing knowledge of the Organization including strategy, objectives, initiatives, functions, programs, key stakeholders, and culture;
- Managing onboarding organizations & documentation
- Managing offboarding organizations & documentation
- Supporting HR in recruitment process : phone interview, interview agenda exc.
- Perform other duties as assigned
