TFGI is hiring an Institute Director to work closely with the Executive Director, the Board of Directors, and the Advisory board, to execute the Institute’s mandate and drive day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Executive Director to build TFGI's reputation for evidence-driven, balanced and policy relevant work that is best-in-class in terms of originality, significance and rigour
- Work with Executive Director to engage the TFGI Board, Advisors, stakeholders
- Manage TFGI’s administrative, governance and professional functions and steward TFGI’s budget prudently with overall P&L responsibility to ensure that the Institute is on track to deliver on financial and impact targets
- Lead research/thought leadership programmes end-to-end, from conceptualisation to evaluation
- Direct day-to-day operations to maintain pace and quality of work
- Manage and develop the TFGI team so that they deliver on their responsibilities and grow personally and professionally
