- Will provide direct, day-to-day support to the CU Head and other selected leaders within her broader team
- Will be responsible for performing a range of administrative duties, coordinating schedules, travel and events and helping prepare important documents and reports for executives.
- Perform daily administrative activities effectively
- Collaborate with the entire business functions and external partners
- Assists on special projects, events or similar initiatives
- Produces reports, presentations, executive briefs, and other executive materials that support business efforts
- Develops and carries out an efficient documentation and filing system e.g: project documents, such as proposals, contracts, and invoices etc.
- Plans and schedules the meetings with the Leaders and other team members, making travel arrangements as needed, and maintaining meeting notes
- Maintains executives’ calendar and arranges meetings and appointments, and participate in other business activities
- Manages travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels, arranging transportation, and handling baggage
- Creates Purchase Orders and perform service entry in the system for business teams
- Supports business teams in organizing/managing workshops, trainings, conferences, business meetings, product launch events
- Drafts correspondence, reports, and other documents for clients and internal staff members
- Assists in onboarding of new staff / inbound transferee on admin related matters
- Undertakes the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handles requests and queries appropriately
- Handle daily transactions for operations with high accuracy
- Prepare correspondence, documents and reports
- Serve on committees and teams to support and collaborate with stakeholders (on site and with our teams
- Perform other duties assigned by the CU Head
- Support Continuous Improvement activities around Safety, Quality, and productivity
