- With/without working or BPO experience (18 years old and above)

- SSS Number and ID or any supporting document
- PhilHealth Number and ID or any supporting document
- Pagibig Number and ID or any supporting document
- TIN Number and ID or any supporting document
- NBI Clearance / Police Clearance
- Willingness to undergo Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME)
