Position : E-commerce Operations Associate
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am-6 pm EST

Pay Range: $900 - $1,500
RESPONSIBILITIES
E-commerce Management:
- Create, update, and manage product listings for accuracy and appeal.
- Oversee order processing from receipt to fulfillment.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinate restocking and returns.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and improve shopping experience.
- Provide exceptional customer support for inquiries and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors globally for stock management and new product launches.
Logistics and Supply Chain:
- Coordinate efficient and cost-effective product delivery with shipping providers.
- Ensure compliance with customs and handle international shipping issues.
Customer Service:
- Assist customers with product inquiries, sizing, availability, etc.
- Provide information on shipping options and track deliveries.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints with professionalism and customer-centric approach.
Social Media:
- Assist with planning and coordinating photoshoots for high-quality brand imagery.
- Schedule and post content across social media platforms with a consistent brand voice.
- Monitor and analyze follower engagement to optimize social media strategies.
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce management.
- Proficiency in Shopify as an e-commerce backend.
- Strong familiarity with Google tools such as email and Drive.
- Experience with customer service platforms like Gorgias or Zendesk.
- Proficiency in product listing management.
- Strong organizational skills for order processing and fulfillment.
- Ability to analyze sales data for inventory optimization.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and experience in shipping coordination.
- Detail-oriented with logistics management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, including handling inquiries and sales-related questions.
