Position : E-commerce Operations Associate

Work Hours:  Monday to Friday 9 am-6 pm EST

Holidays : TBD

Pay Range: $900 - $1,500

RESPONSIBILITIES

E-commerce Management:

  • Create, update, and manage product listings for accuracy and appeal.
  • Oversee order processing from receipt to fulfillment.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinate restocking and returns.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and improve shopping experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer support for inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with vendors globally for stock management and new product launches.

Logistics and Supply Chain:

  • Coordinate efficient and cost-effective product delivery with shipping providers.
  • Ensure compliance with customs and handle international shipping issues.

Customer Service:

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, sizing, availability, etc.
  • Provide information on shipping options and track deliveries.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints with professionalism and customer-centric approach.

Social Media:

  • Assist with planning and coordinating photoshoots for high-quality brand imagery.
  • Schedule and post content across social media platforms with a consistent brand voice.
  • Monitor and analyze follower engagement to optimize social media strategies.

  • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce management.
  • Proficiency in Shopify as an e-commerce backend.
  • Strong familiarity with Google tools such as email and Drive.
  • Experience with customer service platforms like Gorgias or Zendesk.
  • Proficiency in product listing management.
  • Strong organizational skills for order processing and fulfillment.
  • Ability to analyze sales data for inventory optimization.
  • Knowledge of international shipping regulations and experience in shipping coordination.
  • Detail-oriented with logistics management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including handling inquiries and sales-related questions.
