The opportunity:
The Talent Sourcing Specialist plays a crucial role within the Talent Acquisition team, specialising in candidate sourcing and identification. This role is responsible for proactively identifying and engaging potential candidates to build a talent pipeline that aligns with the exciting growth that we’re going through.
As an Easygenerator Talent Sourcing Specialist you will:
- Build qualified candidate pipelines for our technical and revenue recruitment, by qualifying candidates through phone screens.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to understand, research and create candidate profiles and implement successful sourcing strategies
- Actively search for and engage potential candidates through a diverse array of resources, such as social media, internal databases, job boards, networking, online searches, and events
- Conduct research to identify and propose best sourcing practices, staying updated on emerging industry trends, tools, networking methods, Boolean searches, and other techniques to enhance our sourcing strategy
- Determine the current and future locations of our target talent pools and keep Recruiters and Hiring Managers informed about market dynamics
- Maintain accurate databases of potential and current candidates within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide high-quality data for influencing our hiring strategies
