Job title:  CG CR Operations Specialist

Salary range: USD 1200-1500/month

Schedule: M-F 9AM - 5PM EST

The company is a US based consulting company that provides consulting services for law firm owners. We’ve been in business for 7 years and want to grow and expand our team with the right people. Our values include: communication, independence, and integrity.

About the Role:

As the Right Hand Person / Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our operations. You will be responsible for creating and managing workflows using Airtable, Zapier, and Notion, completing YouTube and ChatGPT courses so you can provide feedback on our YouTube channel, and supporting various writing and technology-related tasks. Your goal will be to handle the smaller operational details so that I can focus on higher-level strategic initiatives for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage workflows using Airtable, Zapier, and Notion.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose automated solutions using Zapier.
  • Maintain and organize data and processes in Airtable and Notion.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Assist with YouTube content creation and management, following guidance from provided courses.
  • Implement strategies and advice from ChatGPT courses to improve our operations and client offerings.
  • Use Canva and have an eye for clean and minimal graphic design.

Writing and Communication:

  • Support various writing tasks, including drafting emails, creating content, and preparing reports.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication across all platforms.

Technical Support:

Provide technical assistance with various tools and software used in our operations.

Stay updated with the latest technology trends and tools that can enhance our efficiency.


  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience with Zapier (must have ), Airtable, and Notion.
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation and process optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with content creation and management, particularly for YouTube.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT and the ability to implement course advice effectively.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software.
  • Must work US EST time zone.
