We are looking for a Clinical Quality Control Specialist! As a Clinical Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end monitoring and inspecting the clinical research protocols subject's chart. As a Clinical Quality Control Specialist, you are also responsible for:

  • Generating missed visits and out-of-window reports daily
  • Closely coordinate with the onsite team
  • Ensure that the visits are scheduled and appropriate documentation is captured within the source.
  • End-to-end monitoring of the subject's chart from screening up until the end of treatment
  • Make modifications and improvements to the data or reports
  • Ensuring that the organization's output is accurate in order to meet established quality standards
  • Produce, evaluate, and validate audit reports which will be discussed with the superiors.

What were looking for

  • Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of Quality Control or Clinical Research
  • Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent data collection and analysis skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work in a team-fostered environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment..
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
  • An experience as a Clinical Research Associate or Clinical Research Officer (CRA/CRO) is a plus!
  • Government-mandated contributions: SSS, Philhealth, PagIBIG
