We are looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager/Affiliates Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us drive traffic and sales through innovative content and affiliate strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage content across various social media channels.
Write compelling content that resonates with our audience.
Transcribe videos and create engaging posts from them.
Monitor social media trends, K-pop news, and relevant conversations to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Utilize social media tools to analyze performance and drive traffic to our website.
Build and grow our social media following.
Affiliate Marketing:
Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs.
Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote our brand and products.
Track and report on affiliate marketing performance, ensuring goals are met.
Optimize affiliate programs by testing new strategies and partnerships.
Team Management:
Lead and manage a small team of content creators and social media specialists.
Provide guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the team's success.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management and affiliate marketing.
- Proven experience working with K-Pop content and a deep understanding of the K-Pop industry.
- Strong content writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Experience transcribing videos and repurposing content for social media.
- Ability to drive traffic and sales through social media and affiliate marketing strategies.
- Previous experience working with a Korean company (at least 6 months preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
