Position : Virtual Assistant 2
Working Hours : EST Working Hours (Ideally someone who can work in US working hours)

Salary range : 900-1200 USD/month
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering support tickets and IG messages in HelpScout,
- Sending contracts and payment links to new clients
- Following up with clients
- Sending onboarding emails
- Responding to emails
- Scheduling
- Admin tasks
- Customer support through email
- Onboarding calls on Zoom
- Reconfiguring client payment plans in Stripe
- Reaching out to high end clients with support over phone and email.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in Customer Service
- Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English
- Demonstrated expertise in customer support, especially within high-end or luxury brands, exceeding standards set by industries like real estate or insurance, such as high-end consumer goods, coaching, live events, etc.
- Proficient in Instagram, Docusign, and Helpscout
- Familiarity with Active Campaign (preferred)
- Experience in the coaching industry (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
