About the role:
Role: (Internal) Content Lead
Work Schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Overlapping US Timezones
Salary Range: Up to Php 75,000.00 per month (Dependent on skills and experience)
As the Content Lead within Pearl's Marketing Team, your role entails crafting, reviewing, and enhancing content for publication on the company's websites and social media platforms. Your responsibilities extend to researching key SEO terms and strategically incorporating them into the content to optimize exposure. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you'll ensure coherence between marketing campaigns and published content. Additionally, your creative input is crucial for brainstorming innovative approaches and identifying new platforms to expand the current customer segment and broaden the target market.
Role and Responsibilities:
In the role of Content Strategist, your objective is to enhance the overall success of the company's brand through the implementation of innovative marketing techniques and practices.
- Work with the marketing department to get an understanding of the short-term and long-term marketing targets and then develop content strategies accordingly.
- Creating content that will catch maximum consumer foot traffic. (Social Media Platforms)
- Writing and reviewing content for websites, social media pages, and public communications.
- Optimize Search Engine Optimization driven content and increase the site traffic.
- Collaborating with the content and marketing team to decide the brand taglines, logo, and other promotional material
- Measuring and monitoring company website and social media traffic statistics.
- Monitor the increase in traffic due to new content and take actions accordingly to improve the traffic metrics.
- Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels.
- Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans.
- Identify customer's needs about the company and write content to cater to those needs.
- Update the website, social media, and content pages periodically.
- Researching the key SEO terms and incorporating them into the content to achieve maximum viewership.
- Experience as a content creator in prior roles creating strong and engaging content on social media platforms. (At least 2 years of relevant experience).
- Proficiency with content management systems and analytics software (Knowledge of various analytics platforms).
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented work style with good time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency withPhotoshop, Canva, Figma, Social Media Platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X).
