We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role will involve a combination of cold calling, lead generation, and client website maintenance.
Job Responsibilities
Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential clients through outbound cold calling to introduce services and generate interest. Effectively communicate our value proposition and qualify leads to pass onto the sales team.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various channels. Develop strategies to engage prospects and convert them into qualified leads.
Client Website Maintenance: Regularly review and update client websites to ensure they are up to date and aligned with client requirements. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to implement necessary changes, such as content updates, product/service information, and design enhancements.
