Responsibilities
- Represent foodpanda as an ambassador, develop a trusted advisor relationship with existing key retail/FMCG brands, act as the lead point of contact for your portfolio of partner vendors
- Activate set of services (compliance performance, promotional deals, online marketing packages etc.) to facilitate portfolio & revenue growth; meet or exceed goals for account retention, development and maintenance.
- Work with our strategic accounts to develop their online strategy and operations to maximize their earnings from foodpanda shops
- Understand the issues and pain points facing our strategic accounts and research and execute scalable solutions
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partner vendors’ needs and objectives
- Work closely across Content, Sales and Marketing teams for front-end enhancements, campaign participation and demand generation
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in sales or account management role
- Ability to analyze and draw inferences from data
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on partner vendors’ needs
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goals oriented
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge in the use of Salesforce preferred
