Position : E-commerce Operations Specialist
Schedule : 9AM to 5PM EST
Salary Range : 1200 to 1400 USD TBC
About the company:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing landing pages on Funnelish and Shopify, developing our Shopify store, generating complex marketing spreadsheet reports, managing inventory, communicating with our tech providers to ensure smooth operations, and taking ownership of all things tech.
Responsibilities:
- Funnel Building and Maintenance - Develop, optimize, and maintain sales funnels using Funnelish, ensuring all technical aspects are functioning correctly.
- Landing Page Creation - Build and maintain landing pages on Shopify using code and page builders such as Funnelish and PageFly.
- Shopify Store Development and Product Management - Develop and optimize our Shopify store to enhance user experience and drive sales. Manage product listings, descriptions, and updates to ensure accuracy and attractiveness.
- Marketing Data Analysis - Create and manage complex marketing spreadsheet reports using Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
- Inventory Management - Develop and maintain Google Sheets for automated inventory projections and manage inventory effectively.
- Technical Communication - Serve as the main point of contact with tech providers to resolve bugs and implement updates as required by the team.
- App Management - Oversee all Shopify apps, including subscription apps like Appstle, reporting apps, profit/loss apps like BeProfit, shipping label apps, customer service apps, and email marketing apps.
- Process Building - Build and enhance processes to ensure efficient operations and seamless integration across all departments.
- Perfect English, equivalent to USA native speaker.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role involving tech-related tasks and process building.
- Proficiency in creating landing pages with at least 2+ years of experience using any page builder. Experience with Funnelish and PageFly is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards overcoming technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with software providers and internal teams.
- Expertise in Google Sheets, including the ability to create and maintain complex formulas, pivot tables, and automated reports.
- Ability to act as the glue for all teams and tech, taking ownership of all technical responsibilities.
- Experience managing Shopify apps and understanding their integration and functionality.
