LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CANDIDATES
Position : Accounts Receivable Specialist
Work Hours (Client) : M to F, 10am-6pm EST
Holidays : TBD
Pay Range : $1000 - $1200/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
- Email communication with clients regarding invoice related inquiries
- Process reimbursements and commissions for internal team members
- Act as a knowledge resource for internal stakeholders and provide answers to critical invoice related inquiries
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience working with SaaS companies
- 1-3 years of proven work experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
