THE CHALLENGE:
- To ensure that trading-related customer queries are dealt with in a fast and efficient manner and to the highest possible standard.
- Liaising with traders across our global offices to ensure client queries are answered in a timely manner
- Build an in-depth knowledge of different team's responsibilities within the Trading Unit.
- Escalation of internal/external technical issues and following this throughout its life-cycle.
- Supporting the Daily Risk and Odds Management of our Trading Products.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Experience working in a Support or Customer Services background ideally within sports or betting industry
- Understanding of the global sports betting industry (preferable)
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work with shift-based patterns
- Proficient in all Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to take immediate action in a fast-moving trading environment
