- Support in projecting a sell-out demand forecast for assigned category group on a bi-monthly basis:
- Setting a clear subcategory-level baseline per store
- Analyzing marketing campaign uplifts from previous period
- Quantifying potential loss sales from unavailability issues
- Updating campaign uplifts from the latest marketing plan
- Participate and drive in S&OP forecast meetings
- Monitor sales performance daily per category per store
- Closely work with supply planning associate to drive adjustments on plan
- Assist in projecting current month performance by using historical benchmarks
- Prepare and update monthly & weekly forecasting files and KPI reports based on actuals
- Identify slow-moving SKUs and flag to stakeholders to drive action
- Work with inventory controller on identifying stocks for balancing across warehouses
- Own the category group by being on-top of issues related to overall S&OP especially in ordering,availability, or forecasting
- Be able to work cross-functionally to assist in projects, drive action, or resolve issues
- Other tasks that may be relevant to the function
