Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine quality control testing of incoming raw materials (RM), in-process materials, and outgoing finished goods, and provide QC disposition to all concerned departments when necessary.
- Conduct monthly QC testing of finished goods and report results to QC/R&D Manager.
- Evaluate alternative raw material samples, submit a report, and update the RM alternatives monitoring file.
- Participate in product knowledge tests and demonstrate competence in evaluating raw data from conducted tests.
- Prepare and submit reports on the status of other assigned projects to the QC/R&D Manager by specified deadlines.
- Prepare necessary certifications as required by clients during product delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation, equipment, and laboratory.
- Adhere to Sika Philippines Inc.'s established Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety Management System.
- Actively participate in all Sika Philippines Inc. programs and fully support and act in accordance with the company policy.
- Comply with necessary ISO procedures in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
- Perform other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by his/her/their immediate superior.
