Eram Talent is currently seeking a Facilities Management Health & Safety Manager for an exciting opportunity in Saudi Arabia. As a leading talent acquisition consultancy, we specialize in providing exceptional recruitment solutions for various industries. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing health and safety practices within facilities management and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures for facilities management.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate safety measures.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and contractors on health and safety matters.
  • Manage incident reporting and investigation processes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Deliver training programs on safety-related topics.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to health and safety.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in health and safety regulations and implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety improvement initiatives.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, regarding health and safety compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of local health and safety regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience in implementing health and safety programs in facilities management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of incident reporting and investigation techniques.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Professional certifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
