Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior FM Engineer (MEP Services) with luxury experience to join our team. As a Senior FM Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of facility management with a focus on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services in luxurious properties. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with prestigious clients and contribute to the seamless operations and maintenance of high-end facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in the area of MEP services, including but not limited to HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and fire protection systems
- Plan, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programs for MEP systems to ensure their optimal performance and reliability
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Coordinate with external service providers and vendors for repairs, upgrades, and new installations
- Manage and prioritize work orders, responding to service requests and emergencies in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for the efficient and cost-effective operation of MEP systems
- Prepare and present reports on the performance and maintenance of MEP systems to senior management and clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in facility management and MEP services
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in facility management, with a focus on MEP services
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining MEP systems in luxurious properties
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and fire protection systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in facility management software and tools
