This is a dayshift, full-time role with weekends off.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships among our employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

In addition to ensuring employee satisfaction and productivity, you will work closely with our HR team to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with our organisational goals and values.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The ideal candidate would possess a strong combination of experience in:
    • Employee Relations: manage conflict resolution, navigate disciplinary processes, administration and documentation
    • Philippine Labor Code: In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
    • HMO Benefits Management: Knowledge and experience in administering and managing health maintenance organization (HMO) benefits for employees
  • Promote employee satisfaction and productivity by designing and implementing programs that address employee needs
  • Investigate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner
  • Counsel employees on personal and work-related issues, providing support and guidance as needed
  • Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement company policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment
  • Conduct training programs to enhance employee performance and leadership skills
  • Manage employee discipline issues and develop corrective action plans as necessary

Your application will be processed through 5 ELK.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in employee relations or related field
  • Knowledge of labour laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with HR and management teams.
