Job Title: Influencer Manager

Schedule: PST/EST

Salary: $800 - 1,400 USD/month

Responsibilities:

Influencer Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that aligns with Obvi’s brand goals and marketing objectives.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors in the health and wellness space.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and manage influencer campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Coordinate with influencers to create engaging content that promotes Obvi’s products and brand values.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, ensuring ongoing collaboration and partnership.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using various metrics and tools.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for optimization.

Brand Advocacy:

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Obvi, ensuring influencers understand and effectively communicate our brand values and product benefits.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty through influencer partnerships.
  • Content Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure influencer content aligns with overall brand campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to influencers to ensure high-quality content creation.

Required:

  • Experience in influencer marketing or social media management, preferably within the health and wellness or consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong understanding of current influencer marketing trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.
  • Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with content creation and editing tools

Preferred:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred).
