Job Title: Influencer Manager
Schedule: PST/EST
Salary: $800 - 1,400 USD/month
Responsibilities:
Influencer Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that aligns with Obvi’s brand goals and marketing objectives.
- Identify and establish relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors in the health and wellness space.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage influencer campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand messaging.
- Coordinate with influencers to create engaging content that promotes Obvi’s products and brand values.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, ensuring ongoing collaboration and partnership.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using various metrics and tools.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for optimization.
Brand Advocacy:
- Act as a brand ambassador for Obvi, ensuring influencers understand and effectively communicate our brand values and product benefits.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty through influencer partnerships.
- Content Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure influencer content aligns with overall brand campaigns and strategies.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to influencers to ensure high-quality content creation.
Required:
- Experience in influencer marketing or social media management, preferably within the health and wellness or consumer goods sectors.
- Strong understanding of current influencer marketing trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.
- Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms
- Familiarity with content creation and editing tools
Preferred:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred).
